This document governs the terms and conditions between you and Customer Experience SRL for access to and use of the website https://pxcellence.com/, as well as the purchase of tickets for events, courses, or conferences organised by Customer Experience SRL.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and contact us if you have any questions or need clarifications.
By accessing or using pxcellence.com you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and with our Privacy Policy.
The website pxcellence.com is owned by SC CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SRL, with its registered office in Bucharest, Sector 6, Aleea Coloana Infinitului no. 8, bl. M, sc. 1, ap. 6, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/12460/2021, VAT no. RO44615490, email gabriela.ciupitu@pxcellence.com.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all tickets that Customer Experience SRL sells for our events, conferences, and courses. They form part of the purchase contract concluded with Customer Experience SRL when you buy a ticket from us for an event, conference, or course.
Who We Are
We are Customer Experience SRL, a Romanian company whose main activity is providing training services, organising events, and consultancy in the field of Customer Experience.
We organise conferences, events, and offer courses in Customer Experience.
References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Customer Experience SRL, and shall be interpreted accordingly. References to “you” mean the entity completing the booking request and the participants, and shall be interpreted accordingly.
1. Content
You may use all information on the website for your own purposes for your personal and professional development. Commercial use of the content of the website https://pxcellence.com/ is not permitted.
All rights to all presentations, documentation, and materials published or otherwise made available as part of an event, conference, or course (including but not limited to any documentation packs or audio-visual recordings of the event) (“Content”) are owned by us or are licensed to us.
You are prohibited from distributing, reproducing, modifying, storing, transferring, or otherwise using the Content in any way that could infringe the rights of third parties or that could discredit us or any of our affiliates, partners, or speakers.
We actively encourage tweeting, blogging, and sharing photos and videos from our conferences, events, and courses.
We reserve the right to change the speakers of any event, conference, or course at any time.
2. Tickets
Ticket prices will be clearly indicated on the ticket sales page.
All ticket prices listed on the registration pages are displayed in EUR, exclusive of VAT. Invoices will be issued in RON at the National Bank of Romania’s daily reference exchange rate.
Confirmation of registration for the course, conference, or event organised by Customer Experience SRL will be sent by email by Customer Experience SRL after full payment has been received.
This email will also have the tax invoice attached. All tax invoices will be sent only by email via automated software in accordance with Romanian law.
3. Marketing
By purchasing a ticket, registering a ticket, or attending any of our courses, conferences, and events, you acknowledge and accept that we have the right to publicly announce our business relationship with you and your company, including but not limited to announcements on social media. Such announcements will not be disparaging or otherwise unfavourable to your business.
You grant us the right to use any photography, filming, or screenshots from the course, conference, or event that may capture your image, and any quotations from feedback forms, for future marketing of courses, conferences, or events, within the limits set by our Privacy Policy and your rights set out in Article 5 of the GDPR. Such uses will not be disparaging or otherwise unfavourable to you or your business.
4. Accessibility
We strive to make our courses, conferences, and events accessible to everyone. If you have special access requirements, please contact us at the time of registration and we will do our best to provide optimal conditions.

By purchasing a ticket, registering a ticket, or attending any of our events, conferences, and courses, you agree to the processing of your data, in particular with respect to our legitimate interests and our contractual obligation to you to provide the event, conference, or course, while maintaining your right to object to the use of your data, your right to rectify your data, and your right to review all data we hold in relation to you as a participant.
6. Ticket Policy
Confirmation of participation
The ticket is represented by the confirmation email received by the buyer following full payment of the price.
Refunds
All ticket purchases for conferences, courses, and events are not fully refundable.
Ticket assignment
Each ticket must be allocated to a participant, and all participant details must be 100% complete within 10 days of receiving the ticket. These include the participant’s name, company name, and email address.
Complimentary and subsidised tickets
In certain cases, complimentary or subsidised tickets may be offered. In such cases, tickets must be allocated within 7 days of receiving your ticket in accordance with the details provided in the paragraph above.
If you have obtained a complimentary or subsidised ticket but have already purchased a ticket, you are not eligible for a refund.
Transfer, resale, and cancellation
Purchased tickets are non-transferable; they are intended solely for your personal or business use for the indicated event, conference, or course. Tickets may not be resold or transferred in any form, including but not limited to use as part of a promotion or competition. Tickets may be assigned to another participant only in accordance with this policy, as stated below.
If tickets have been resold or an attempt has been made to resell them (or any other breach of this term), we reserve the right to refuse entry using the tickets in question with immediate effect, and the ticket price will be voided.
We reserve the right to cancel any ticket purchase made by any person or body whom we reasonably believe to be associated with a ticket broker or a scalper.
Purchased tickets are non-transferable; they are intended solely for your personal or business use for the indicated event, conference, or course. Tickets may not be resold or transferred in any form, including but not limited to use as part of a promotion or a competition. Tickets may be assigned to another participant only in accordance with this policy, as stated below.
If tickets have been resold or an attempt has been made to resell them (or any other breach of this term), we reserve the right to refuse entry using the tickets in question with immediate effect, and the ticket price will be voided.
We reserve the right to cancel any ticket purchase made by any person or body whom we reasonably believe to be associated with a ticket broker or a scalper.
Ticket reallocation
Reallocation of tickets from one participant to another will be permitted by sending an email to gabriela.ciupitu@pxcellence.com or via the website, free of charge, up to 5 days before the start of the event. After 5 days before the start of the event, no reallocation will be permitted.
Some of our events, conferences, or courses may last several days. Tickets for multi-day events may be used only by the registered participant and cannot be reallocated after 5 days before the first day of the event, conference, or course.
For the avoidance of doubt: tickets for multi-day events are intended for use by a single participant and may not be shared by multiple participants over those days. Any attempt to do so will result in cancellation of the ticket, refusal of access, and forfeiture of the ticket price.

Code of conduct
We reserve the right to refuse or revoke admission to any event, course, or conference for any breach of these Terms and Conditions. If we refuse or revoke admission to any event, course, or conference due to a participant’s breach, the ticket purchase price will be refunded.
7. Policy on Cancellation, Postponement, and Replacement of Events and Courses
We accept no liability of any kind where an event is cancelled, rescheduled, or postponed due to any event beyond our reasonable control, including war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather, pandemic, terrorist threats, or other emergencies.
Cancelled events, courses, and conferences
In the unlikely circumstances where we cancel a conference, course, or event, our liability is limited to the portion of registration fees paid that remains after credit card and payment processing fees have been incurred and deducted.
If we cancel an event, course, or conference, we will provide the registered purchaser with a refund of the purchase price paid, less any processing fees.
Postponed events, courses, and conferences
If our event, course, or conference is postponed to a future date, all ticket holders will be notified of the modified dates and details by email and via the website.
If you cannot attend on the modified dates, you may either:
• reallocate your ticket to another person via the website or email; or
• exchange the ticket for a credit for a future Customer Experience SRL conference, course, or event up to the amount paid.
Changes and substitutions to the event, conference, or course
Although the format, speakers, and topics of events, conferences, and courses are confirmed at the time of publication, circumstances beyond the organisers’ control may require substitutions, changes, or cancellations. As such, we reserve the right to modify or change the announced event, conference, or course format, speakers, venue, and topics, if necessary, without any liability to you. Any substitutions or changes will be updated on our website as soon as possible.

9. Ticket Delivery
After the successful completion of a purchase transaction, the buyer receives a confirmation email of access to the email address designated by the buyer. This email constitutes the ticket(s) granting access to the event, conference, or course. For tickets, it may be necessary to complete the required information, such as the participant’s name, within 10 days of purchasing access, but no later than 5 days before the event, conference, or course. The ticket/confirmation email acts as a receipt for the transaction and may be used for participation in the event, conference, or course. A printed paper ticket/email or an electronic ticket/email may be used to register at the event, conference, or course.
10. General Clauses
We are entitled to delegate the performance of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
No other terms apply to these Terms and Conditions, and this document contains all the terms and conditions and the understanding between us regarding all matters referred to herein and supersedes any prior written or oral agreement between us in relation to such matters.
You confirm that, by accepting these terms, you have not relied on any statement not expressly included in this document and you agree that you will have no remedy in respect of any misstatement that has not become part of these terms. However, nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability for any fraudulent statement or act.
If any part of the terms herein is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, for any damages, losses, costs, claims, or expenses of any kind, however arising, in connection with any booking (or requested booking) made by you or otherwise in connection with a conference, course, or event, shall be limited to the price paid by you in connection with your booking to attend the course, event, or conference.
We shall not be liable to you for (i) any loss of profit, loss or damage to data, loss of savings or anticipated interest, loss or damage to reputation or goodwill, or (ii) any indirect, special, or consequential damages, losses, costs, claims, or expenses of any kind.
You agree to indemnify us, our staff, and our affiliates and hold us harmless to the fullest extent permitted by law against all losses, costs, claims, or expenses of any kind resulting from any act or omission by you (including your delegates) during or in connection with a conference, event, or course.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes either party’s liability for death or personal injury caused by that party’s negligence or the negligence of that party’s employees, agents, or subcontractors; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Accessing and using the website https://pxcellence.com/ means you unequivocally accept the Terms and Conditions of use in the version communicated on the website at the date of access. Use of the Content is equivalent to acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of use. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is confirmed by ticking the corresponding checkbox on the website. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SRL assumes no liability for any kind of loss (material, financial, data, or information) that may arise directly or indirectly from the information included on the website, from the malfunction or improper functioning of this website.
12. Indemnities
You agree to be fully responsible for (and to fully indemnify us against) all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, suffered by us and resulting from any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you or any other liabilities incurred by us as a result of your use of the website or the use by any other person who accesses the website using your computer or your internet access account.
13. Intellectual Property and Right of Use
You acknowledge and agree that all copyrights, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights in all materials or content presented on the website shall remain permanently our property. You may use these materials only in accordance with our express authorisation.
14. Law and Jurisdiction
Romanian law governs these Terms and Conditions and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
15. Final Provisions
This website is owned by SC CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SRL, which grants you the right to access it subject to your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By accessing and using the website https://pxcellence.com/ you automatically and unequivocally agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions of use.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SRL has the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, by displaying the updated version on the website. You are obliged to read and comply with the Terms and Conditions each time you access the website.
